Day 31 - At Sea

While we slept last night, we crossed the equator around 4:30a. We are officially in the southern hemisphere. We have put off learning French so we finally started in earnest today! My mind is boggled. The lessons are audio and over an hour long. It is a challenge. Skipped the pool, enjoyed Mexican Train, and I skipped dinner. Stuart ate with Fred again and we will all go out together tomorrow to explore the new country of Seychelles.

It had been a melancholy day for me. Thinking about those at home and what they are doing today. Oldest daughter Debra lost one of her close friends from high school. The funeral is today. A life cut short is so tragic for those left behind.
