Luggage Pick Up!
Today is the day for luggage pick up. Now it is really getting "real" to me! Yes, I am sending THREE bags ahead. Why you say? Well, it is a long story. I do have unlimited luggage service with Holland America this time around. I requested 3 luggage tags from Luggage Forward, just in case. I decided I only needed to send two so I called them to change that. I think in retrospect that was a mistake. I was told I had to pay $40. There was much discussion and finally I decided I would send 3 and just be done with it. Meanwhile, the color notation of my luggage was incorrect on the tag. I thought they should know that. The first person I spoke with acted like it was important. By the end of my last phone call that person told me, "they don't really look at that anyway" - So OK! I am all set and the luggage is being picked up today between 1-5p. Not long now!!!! 12+ days to board, 11 days until I fly out because I want to be there the night before. Where is the Zuide...
